Goals
Understanding important aspects of academic research into entrepreneurship and of industrial Organisation. Learning how to work with and report on datasets of entrepreneurs. Group work and presentation skill improvement. Learning more about entrepreneurship in Europe and Europe’s industrial Organisation.
Description
This course is specifically designed for the trivariate MGB master program with Peru and Canada. Just like The European Business Context this course cannot be chosen as an elective by other MSc IB students. This course deals with the topics of entrepreneurship and of industrial Organisation. A range of articles in areas like the function of the entrepreneur, European competition policy, regional clusters, innovation collaboration, is covered. Students also have to work on a project involving data analysis. The course emphasizes aspects of entrepreneurship and of industrial Organisation in Europe.
