| Goals |
The objective of the skills training is to guide you such that you successfully start working on your master thesis and plan your master thesis process.
After having completed the skills training you should have a clear idea on: 1. The research topic of your master thesis; 2. The research question that you will investigate; 3. The research approaches that you can use to collect/analyse data and/or to develop a decision making tool; 4. The specific quantitative methods required to realize the research project. |

This skills training consists of three key elements: (1) Developing a research proposal, (2) Attending lectures, (3) Attending research seminars in BISS.
