Goals
The main objective of the course is to provide students with insight into the complexity of global supply chains. In addition to concepts from supply chain management, the course also makes connections with other domains: legislation, financing, engineering. This emphasizes the transdisciplinary aspect of the program and provides students with tools to deal with complexity in supply chains.
Description
This course provides a comprehensive exploration of operations and supply chain management (OSCM), teaching students to apply their knowledge to real-world global contexts. The course covers ethical and cultural aspects of globalization, enhances team leadership skills, and offers strategies for mapping, assessing, and optimizing global supply chains.
