During this skills course, you will be taught the basics of writing a bachelor's thesis. The course consists of an opening lecture with general information about the thesis process, followed by 2 workshops during which you will learn basic academic research skills such as setting up a research question and design, developing hypotheses, performing a literature review, proper citing and referencing and the use of AI.

Note that you have to register for the actual (8 ECTS credits) Bachelor's thesis (course code starting with EBT) separately.
The Bachelor's thesis starts in Period 2 or Period 5 (depending on your study abroad), please select "Period 2" or "Period 5" when registering for the Bachelor's thesis (instead of "Period 2+3" or "Period 5+6").
