TAX3005 "Vennootschapsbelasting" and TAX3008 "Nederlands Internationaal Belastingrecht" both have TAX3017 "(Internationaal) Belastingrecht voor Ondernemingen II" as a replacement option. Students who need to replace both courses can do so with TAX3017 and an elective.

Note that in the Bachelor Education and Exam Regulations of 2021, 2022, and 2023 the rule was that from 2023-2024 onwards the course is cancelled and replaced by a derivative of TAX3010 "Belastingrecht voor Ondernemingen".
