Description |
The course is a continuation of Internationaal Belastingrecht, which is offered in the third year of the bachelor studies. While we focus in the bachelor course more on issues of Dutch tax law in respect of international transactions, IETL is determined to provide a deeper understanding of tax treaties, international tax policy and developments of European law with respect to direct taxation.
