Goals
In the project, students will have to connect concepts across disciplines to solve real-case problems. Via the analysis of a practical problem, students assess what is required to investigate this problem in an efficient manner through scientific research. The aim is to formulate solutions in a professional manner, taking in consideration the professional., cultural and social context in which the project is executed.
Description
In the Engineering Business in Europe Project, students will deepen their knowledge of fundamental engineering concepts and apply them in a practical project with an international scope. We adopt a European perspective on engineering, focusing on the means to achieve long-term profitability within industrial companies. Increasingly, companies in European markets are competing through both their product offerings and manufacturing activities. As such, the ability to respond to customer demand by developing new products quickly and effectively is an important way of creating a structural competitive advantage.
