Prerequisites |
This course is in transition.
As a result of changes in the bachelor Fiscal Economics program, there are now two courses called "Privaatrecht I", namely EBC1050 and EBC2128. * EBC1050 is offered in the first year, for students who started the program in academic year 2021-2022. * EBC2128 (which was previously named "Privaatrecht") is offered in the second year, for students who started the program prior to academic year 2021-2022. Starting from 2022-2023, EBC2128 will only be offered in period 5 (just like EBC1050). The following rule applies to bachelor Fiscal Economics students who started the programme prior to academic year 2021/21. TRANSITIONAL REGULATION (EBC2128): Students who did not pass the course EBC2128 can register "exam only" for EBC2128 in period 1, or replace it with "Privaatrecht 1" (EBC1050) in P5. See the Transitional Regulations section in the Bachelor Education and Examination Regulations for more information. |
