- familiarize themselves with the SSF approach towards service innovation - experience the challenges and benefits of co-creation in a multidisciplinary team - focus on one specific objective in their personal development - get access to a third party with a service innovation need - develop their time-management skills - build on their team skills |

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE INFORMATION ABOUT THE TEACHING AND ASSESSMENT METHOD(S) USED IN THIS COURSE IS WITH RESERVATION.
