Goals |
The program is completed by a Master Thesis Project in which the student conducts an in-depth study of a business intelligence of smart service topic. It provides the student with the opportunity to apply his or her knowledge and skills acquired during the program to one specific problem.

Description |
The student carries out an academic research project in which he or she develops a problem statement, studies the relevant literature, and derives research questions and possibly also hypotheses. The student then uses scientific methods, often involving an extensive data collection, to answer the research questions or test the hypotheses. The results enable the student to formulate scientific and managerial implications.
