Description |
In this course, students gain knowledge and insights on the basic elements of supply chain management, for instance about different strategies such as make-to-order and make-to-stock. They learn to apply this knowledge to real-life cases and a company project. Part of the problem solving will involve mathematical exercises, in which they apply certain formulas or statistics to derive a precise answer to a supply chain issue, such as how much inventory a company should have.
