The course “Professional Development: Global Citizenship Skills” is a semester-long skills course that supports students in (further) developing knowledge, skills, and attitudes related to being a global citizen. Students first learn about what global citizenship is, including related skills, to then reflect and (further) develop their own global citizenship skills and attitudes.

Please note that it is in principle only possible to take this course in the semester you are studying abroad. The course consists of online modules to be completed while gaining international experience during your study abroad. The course does not make use of scheduled lectures or tutorials, so it will not appear in your timetable. All communication is done via Canvas. Make sure to check Canvas regularly for information about the course, course materials, activities to perform, assignments to submit, course announcements, etc.
